PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe following Terms and Conditions apply to the Speedo GBR Coach Training Session Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”):

1. In order to enter the Prize Draw contestants are required to complete the Prize Draw on-line form on the promotion page on www.speedo.co.uk.

2. The Prize Draw opens on 18 December 2009 and the closing date is at midnight 31 January 2010. No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. The promoter cannot acknowledge receipt of your prize draw entry and shall not be responsible for any entry which is lost or damaged in transit.

3.The Prize Draw is open to those aged sixteen (16) or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to employees of Speedo, Pentland Group plc, any associated companies, and their families.

4. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. You do not have to buy any Speedo product in order to enter this Prize Draw.

5. There will be four (4) prizes of thirty (30) minutes training session each with either Bill Furness or Sean Kelly, GB Swimming Coach in a UK training venue to be confirmed. The winner has no choice of which coach will run the winner’s training session.

Please note:

* the winner must be a confident, competent freestyle swimmer and be able to swim a minimum of 20 meters;

* the training session will take place before 31 March 2010;the winner will need to bring swimwear and a towel to the session;

*the prize does not include transport to or from the training session, spending money or insurance (we recommend that you take out appropriate sports insurance cover);

6. The draw will be made by an independent person and the promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified either by telephone or email by 1 February 2010, and will be advised of the date and location details of the training session.

7. The name of the winner will be announced on speedo.co.uk. The winner agrees to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at the request of the promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, contestants agree to the promoter’s unrestricted use of any post-Prize Draw publicity for the promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.

8. The prize may be altered or varied at the promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in the promoter’s sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. The prize is subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.

9. The winner’s name will be made available after the closing date to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked “Speedo GBR Coach Training Session Prize Draw” to the address set out below.

10. Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Speedo then your personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing.

Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.

11. The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Prize Draw at its sole discretion.

12. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Speedo International Limited, Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ.

13. By entering this Prize Draw contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. English law governs this Prize Draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
